This includes reliance on any information obtained from vistageneralllc.com that results in errors, omissions, viruses, or performance failures.

Website Use Outside of the United States

Our content is intended and governed by policies applicable to wholesale commerce within the United States. If you access this site from locations outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are fully responsible for compliance with your local laws and import regulations.

2. Product Information

Pricing and Packaging

All items are sold in full Master Case packs or designated inner case packs at the listed prices. We do not open inner or master cases to repackage smaller quantities, sell loose items, or distribute individual samples. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Item Display / Description / Colors

We attempt to display product images, specifications, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, because color display depends on monitor configurations, we cannot guarantee that the physical product will perfectly match the color shown on your screen. Items sold in assortments (styles, colors, sizes) may vary per shipment.

Typographical Errors & UPC Codes

In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate case specification due to a typographical error, Vista General LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, revoke stated offers, or cancel orders submitted under incorrect information. While most items feature individual UPC barcodes, we do not guarantee scannability on all closeout lines.

Closeouts, Overstock & Stock Supply

All sales of liquidation, closeout, overstock, or special promotional merchandise are FINAL. Stock availability is limited to quantities on hand. If an ordered item becomes out of stock prior to shipment processing, a sales representative will contact you to discuss substitution or order adjustments.

3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Wire Transfers, ACH transfers, Cashier’s Checks, and Money Orders. Personal checks are not accepted.

• A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
• Unpaid balances past the agreed due date will accrue a 3% monthly service charge or the maximum rate allowed by law.

Shipping Charges & Freight

All items are sold FOB from our distribution facility in Miami, Florida. The buyer is entirely responsible for all freight charges, fuel surcharges, liftgate fees, residential delivery fees, or limited-access location penalties. You own the merchandise in transit and are responsible for filing loss or damage claims directly with the assigned carrier.

4. Order Processing, Cancellations & Returns

Minimum Order: Order requirements are subject to a wholesale minimum total of US $500 (excluding freight costs).

Cancellations: Orders cancelled after warehouse pulling or packing has commenced will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns: Requests for returns must be authorized within 30 days from the invoice date. Returned merchandise must be unopened, in original master cases, and in resalable condition. The customer bears all return freight expenses plus a 20% restocking fee.

Shortages, Damaged, or Defective Merchandise

The buyer must inspect and count all cartons upon delivery. Physical damage or missing master cases MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or Delivery Receipt (DR) before signing off with the driver. Claims must be reported to Vista General LLC within 2 business days of receipt with photo proof and delivery documentation.

5. General Customer Information & Governing Law

Florida Residents & Tax Exemption: Florida-based buyers must provide a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax prior to order finalization. Without valid tax-exempt documentation, applicable sales tax will be added to the invoice.

Privacy Statement: Vista General LLC respects your corporate privacy. Personal and company data collected is used exclusively for order processing, account management, and internal communications. We do not sell or lease customer data to third parties.

Governing Law: By accessing www.vistageneralllc.com, you agree that all matters relating to your access or purchase orders shall be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
